SUZIE: Immediately as I walked in I found the room to be very warm and inviting. And there was a lot of—there was captions lamps around and a lot of fine artwork. And when I entered I just felt completely relaxed right away. I didn’t feel like I was walking into a clinical office, you know, where there’s just overhead florescent lighting. I felt like I was walking into a home. So that was my first impression.
The consultation room where I was greeted by Dr. Nettle was comfortable, nice lighting, nice view, there was pictures of his children around—which I related to straight away because I have children too. And I just, I felt a sense of just being with people that cared. It was comfortable. And I felt safe. You know I felt safe coming in here. I not only had a good experience here in the consultation rooms, that went on into the hospital where I was also—where it was part of my treatment. And the rooms in the hospital was also a warm and friendly environment. I felt comfortable and I felt like I was in good hands with these people.
